Nature of the Service
Ethics in Treatment (“EIT”) is a social network facilitating the exchange of personal information between people (“Members”). This socialization shall include reading profile pages of other members and even interacting with them. EIT provides to its members benefits such as, but not exclusive to: Message boards, profile pages, events calendar, and photo galleries. EIT works like an online community of internet users.
User Registration and Information
Member shall fill in the correct information requested during account signup. Member shall promptly update their information on the site while actively engaged on the site. Member shall select a username and password during the signup process. Member shall be responsible for all use of the site as well as maintain confidentiality about their password information.
Content
The content of the website includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations on the site by the members of the community. Member is deemed to grant the community the nonexclusive right to post, display, copy, and modify the content in connection with the potation of the site and the community business.
Further, the member is deemed to authorize the community to disclose his/her personal data, within the limitations of the member’s election when filling out his/her profile, when the member includes such data in the content.
It is expected that those who create a profile and interact in our message boards will refrain from defamatory, or slanderous / libelous statements. You are responsible for what you post.
Additionally, the owners, keepers, and staff of this site are not liable for the actions of others online, either in this forum or elsewhere.

EIT has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that EIT shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Release
If the member has a dispute with one or more other members, the member shall release the community (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands, and damage (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Privacy
EIT shall not sell or rent member’s personal information to third parties without member’s explicit consent. EIT shall store and process member’s information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. However, EIT shall be permitted to access and modify member’s information.
Indemnity
Members shall indemnify and hold EIT (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of member’s breach of this agreement, or member’s violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this agreement.
Termination
Member may choose to retire or delete the published content from the EIT site and it shall no longer be available or visible to other visitors. Terms regarding the status of the uploaded content shall remain applicable when the member chooses to terminate the membership. Contents posted to the site, other than the published content, shall not be deleted or retired as a result of member’s termination.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of California.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
